Coffee is very addicting over time, the caffeine requirements for me to get my proverbial Buzz, kept increasing. I felt trapped as I believed I need it to get my day going. However I now know it was effecting my central nervous system from years of continued use. What I do in not for everyone, but it works for me for many years, I stop all stimulants like Coffee and alcohol for a year. So I use these substances one year on and one year off and have done it this way for several years. I feel much better with this method. This year 2012 I discovered this website and Ginex and it is wonderful. I get that energy lift and also a very pleasant relaxed feeling, much much better than the coffee Buzz I got hooked on.
